CAP focuses on serving the low-income populations in an eight county area of Western Indiana. It was created to provide self-help and self-sufficiency opportunities for the target group. Programs include: * Head Start (Child development program for low-income 4-5 year old preschoolers. Education, health, social services, family involvement, nutrition and disability services) * Information & Referral (Other seasonal, short-term, and crisis intervention program information sources) * Need child's registered birth certificate, shot record. Hoosier Healthwise number, social security number on parents and child, proof of income for past year.
