The Pool is located one block south of Fairchild Street, and is bounded by Industrial Street, Commerce Street and Garfield Street. The area comprises about two acres and lies, about one-half block west of Garfield Park. Hours The Danville Municipal Pool is open to the public daily from Memorial Day weekend through the second week in August. Monday - Saturday Noon-5:00 PM Sunday 1:00 - 5:00 PM The pool will close if any of the following exist: air/water temperature is below 70 degrees fewer than 20 people are in the pool lightning has been sighted severe weather or tornado warning have been issued Season Pool Passes Season pool passes may be purchased at the Municipal Pool and Recreation Department. Family Season Pass $115.00 (Up to 6 people-additional family members are $25.00 each) Individual Season Pass $75.00 Licenses Day Care Pass $175.00 (1 adult and up to 10 children) Daily Pool Admissions Children (0-4) Free - with paid adult over the age of 18 Children (5-11 $2.50 Adults (12 & over) $3.50 Family 5 Pack $5.00 (up to 5 people, at least 1 must be 18 years or older) Pool Party Rentals The Municipal Pool may be rented after hours to organized groups with a non for profit charter. Fee: $150.00 Time: 6:00 to 9:00 PM Pool parties are limited to 100. No admission fees and no public advertising are allowed during private parties. Rental fee must be paid seven days prior to the event. All pool rules will apply.
