Eligibility: Children must be 0-3, have a diagnosed medical condition or developmental concern.
Fees: No fees for initial evaluations; fees for direct services are variable.

Program/Service Notes
* Early intervention is for families with infants or toddlers ages birth to age 3 years who have concerns about how their child is developing. Free evaluations and assessments * Educates individuals regarding their rights as a family with children with special needs. * Assists in transition to schools a age appropriate. * Parent liaison available to families to help with specific disability information, assistance with Individualized Family Service Plan, connect families together with similar disabilities, assist with transition and general support. * All direct services (speech, physical therapy, occupational therapy, developmental therapy etc.) are provided at home/day care. * Services/evaluations in the following areas speech, motor, feeding and nutrition, general development, hearing, vision, special instructions, assistive technology and diagnostics.
