This is a 50 bed skilled care nursing facility with an adjoining six apartment unit containing a total of twelve beds for domiciliary members. The Anna Veterans' Home accepted their first resident on August 29, 1994. The Home is managed and operated by State of Illinois as of April 1, 2004 The home provides long-term medical and nursing care services, rehabilitative and social services, and a complete quality of life program for members.
