Dr. Mallady offers the following services: * Eye health and vision exams * All contact lenses prescriptions and exams * Emergency medical eye care - on call 24 hours a day * Treatment of glaucoma and eye diseases * Lasik consultation * Diagnostic & management of cataracts * Low vision services Will accept Medicaid for eye exams for children under 17 (cannot provide glasses). Will accept Medicaid for children with prior approval/referral from principal and/or school nurse.
