Dr. Mallady offers the following services: * Eye health and vision exams * All contact lenses prescriptions and exams * In-house lab * Emergency medical eye care - on call 24 hours a day * Lasik consultation * Diagnostic & management of cataracts * Low vision services for the partially sighted * Treatment of glaucoma and eye disease Will accept medical card for eye exams for children under 17 (cannot provide glasses). Must have prior approval / referral from principal and / or school nurse for eye health exams.
