Health Club and Physical Activities Program provides co-educational nautilus and free weight health club, and sauna facilities, aerobics, aquatics, arthritis related training, volleyball leagues, basketball, adult only open swims and other special physical activities throughout the year. For the Children swim lessons, tumbling, and open swims are offered, a well as summer camps. Aqua Tan offer Nydro Massage bed which effectively delivers the benefits of physical therapy and relaxation with fast health benefits.
