Pleasant Meadows is a Nursing Home that offers the following options for living: 1. Intermediate II Care: Includes greater amounts of nursing supervision. All above services provided in this level. Assistance in Activities of Daily Living is necessary. 2. Skilled I: Included total assistance with Activities of Daily Living, remotivation and observation due to more severe confusion and disorientation, professional administration of drugs and close professional supervision of care, including catheter care and bowel and bladder training. 3. Skilled II: Includes all of the above plus receipt of special treatments such as IV or tube feedings, IPPB treatments, colostomy, tracheotomy and special dressing changes, restorative nursing to maintain or improve their level to function. 4. Low Stimulus (Alzheimer) Unit: For those who have Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia. Also has Residential Living Center and Independent Living Apartments.
