The mission of the Arthritis Foundation is to improve lives through leadership in the prevention, control and cure of arthritis and related diseases. The Arthritis Foundation is a national, nonprofit health organization that offers a wide variety of programs and services. Support of both federal and private research efforts is a high priority for the foundation. Until research finds cures for arthritis, the Greater Illinois Chapter offers you and your family information and support. The Chapter also sponsors many activities to help people manage their arthritis, improve day-to-day functioning and lead more independent and satisfying lives. The Juvenile Arthritis Clinic (0-18 years old) - medical services including diagnostic & treatment by pediatrician referral.
