PATH is a Crisis, Information & Referral Service and 211 call center. SERVICES INCLUDE: * 24 hour crisis response, information & referral services * Senior outreach * Senior caregiver advisory services & caregiver support group * In-home counseling for the elderly * Elder abuse investigation * Money Management for Seniors * Community resources training * Homeless outreach services * Financial Assistance - when available * Motel Vouchers - when available Homeless Case/Care Management Compassion Center, Day Center for Homeless (will change to Safe Harbor Homeless Shelter in the spring of 2009. 313 N.
