This is a Nursing facility that works with the aged and chronically ill. It is a 100 bed long term care facility. All applications for admission are made to the administrator, and reviewed by the admission committee who determines whether the services/facilities are suitable for the individual seeking admission. The assessment will take into account all pertinent factors such as social, emotional, environmental, family, health, religious and economic, which have a bearing on the placement. Included will be a physical examination and medical history to be obtained from the applicant's doctor. Also, provides on-site physical, occupational and speech therapies for Medicare eligible participants.
