The Fountain - Warren County Health Department provides such services as home health care and immunizations. Disease Prevention and Health Education Immunizations Clinics * Tuesday & Thursday by appointment * Immunizations offered to everyone in the community upon request * Work with Head Start, Schools, WIC * Speak upon request * Intensive instructions for each parent Schools Served: Seeger, Pine Village, Willamsport, Attica, Covington, Southeast Fountain School Corp. and Head Start. Home Visits Vital Records Fountain-Warren County Animal Bites & Vector Control * The Health Department Maintenance Program expanded in this area to document and investigate all bite cases. Quarantines were documented and immunizations were requested at the end of quarantine period as per public health standards. Education * Expanded education in the area of smoking cessation with clinics and health fairs. Environmental Health Mission Objectives * Inspections and correction of environmental conditions which may influence the health of the public * Education of the public toward improving sanitary conditions in the community * Cooperation with agencies (local, state, federal) and civic organizations to improve environmental health. * Enforcement of state laws, Local Ordinances and Sanitary Regulations and maintain the environmental health of the bi-county community. Also issue birth and death certificates for people who are born or die in Fountain and Warren counties. The fee is $5.00 for the first copy and $3.00 for each additional ordered at that time
