About the Coalition . . . The Coalition of Citizens with Disabilities in Illinois (CCDI) is a not-for-profit, cross-disability, grassroots, advocacy organization. CCDI receives funding from the following agencies: Illinois Department of Human Services (DHS) Office of Rehabilitation Services Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) Public Interest Fund of Illinois Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services Established in 1985, CCDI is comprised of chapters and Advocacy Action Teams. CCDI values and solicits the unique talents of all of its members and assures each member input in the organization. Our Mission . . .
