Afternoons R.O.C.K. in Indiana Afternoons R.O.C.K. in Indiana is designed to be a fun and captivating program for the youth rather than additional school after regular school hours. Indiana Tobacco Prevention and Cessation (Sullivan/Vigo) Established to prevent initiation of tobacco use by Indiana youth. Safe Kids Helps youth live and play safe. CHANCES Teen Court Targets first-time youth offenders and is designed as an alternative to adjudication. Youth as Resources Provides youth with the financial means to complete community service projects. Mentoring Children of Promise Provides mentoring youth in Vigo and Parke Counties. Vigo County Youth Service Bureau This program advocates for youth rights in the community. Red Ribbon Campaign 2003 Promotes drug and alcohol prevention to Indiana youth.
